Okeke, Emeka Paul is a research fellow in the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) Ibadan. He was born on September 25th, 1977 in Gboko, Benue State. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. He has published widely both in international and local journals and books. His areas of interest are Higher Education, Economics of Education, Gender issues in Education, Labour market information.

Dr E. Okeke oversees the administrative operations, member correspondence, and institutional secretariat of HERPNET across regional zones.
