Dr. Bolaji Gabriel Popoola is a senior lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Specialised and Professional Education, Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Educational Management, specialising in Educational Planning and Policy of Education.
His research interests include educational policy formulation, implementation and compliance, institutional governance, educational leadership, and evidence-informed educational planning. His work focuses on the roles of educational stakeholders in translating policies into effective institutional practices and strengthening accountability across different levels of education.
Dr. Popoola has participated in numerous academic conferences at local, national, and international levels and has published his research findings in several peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of various professional and academic associations and an active member of the Higher Education Research and Policy Network (HERPNET), where he contributes to collaborative research and policy-focused academic engagement.
He remains committed to promoting evidence-based educational policies, effective institutional governance, and improved educational outcomes in Nigeria and beyond. He is also a devoted family man.
